Accessed via a soft-slope ramp and a few easygoing steps, the villa opens into a calm, private courtyard — your first taste of the tranquility that unfolds inside. Parking is available right outside and beside a single garage (currently moonlighting as a storage haven for beach bits and bobs).

Inside, the heart of the home is a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that spills seamlessly onto a spacious, semi-shaded veranda. Out here, you’ll find a relaxed outdoor lounge, a 10-seater dining table for lingering lunches, and a fabulous built-in braai just waiting for those golden hour grills. One side flows onto a soft lawn, while the other opens onto a sun-drenched tanning courtyard – choose your mood.

A playful, artful corridor connects the living spaces to the sleep zone – doubling as a mini library and gallery with two irresistible circular window seats: one peeking into the peaceful courtyard, the other offering a perfect curl-up-and-read nook.

The bedroom wing features three restful rooms and one and a half bathrooms:

• Main Suite: Extra-length king bed + full en suite bathroom

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Two single beds
  All three bedrooms have access to the suntrap courtyard for early morning coffee or a sneaky afternoon nap in the sun.
